Delete your Antoinette account and data

This page explains how to delete your Antoinette account and the personal data associated with it. It is publicly reachable without signing in so people who have uninstalled the app can still find it.

Delete from the app (fastest)

1. Open Antoinette and go to Settings → Account.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Your account is immediately deactivated. You can reactivate it by signing in again within 30 days. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

Delete by email (if you no longer have the app)

Email social.antoinette@gmail.com from the address linked to your account (or include the email/username you use in Antoinette) with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and identity data (email, name, sign-in identifiers, device IDs)
• Your messages, transcripts, and onboarding answers
• Your voice recordings and photos
• Your profile data and preferences
• Your friend connections and access settings
• Your push notification tokens

What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it (for example, records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes), for the minimum period required, after which it is deleted.
